The Ursuit Sea Horse SAR Evo is a professional constant-wear drysuit developed for demanding search and rescue, maritime and commercial operations. Designed for organisations such as sea rescue services, defence forces and other professional marine operators, the suit combines waterproof protection, durability and freedom of movement for extended periods of active use.
The suit is constructed from breathable GORE-TEX® Pazifik fabric, providing reliable waterproof protection while allowing moisture vapour to escape. This makes the Sea Horse SAR Evo well suited to long working periods in wet, windy and demanding marine environments. The non-insulated design also allows the wearer to adapt thermal protection by selecting suitable undergarments for the conditions.
For increased durability, high-wear areas such as the seat, crotch and knees are reinforced with PA-6.6 Cordura® 560 dtex fabric. Stitched seams are sealed with waterproof tape to provide dependable protection against water ingress.
The front-entry design features a waterproof YKK Aquaseal® zipper that closes at the waist, together with a separate relief zipper for improved practicality during extended operations. The telescopic waist construction, adjustable suspenders and crotch strap provide a secure and ergonomic fit while allowing freedom of movement.
The Sea Horse SAR Evo is equipped with a SI TECH Koster seal system with user-replaceable TPE wrist seals, making maintenance and seal replacement straightforward. A comfortable neoprene neck seal and high collar with integrated storm hood provide additional protection against cold, wind and spray.
Practical storage is provided through a chest pocket with ID-card storage, thigh pockets and sleeve pockets. The suit also includes integrated neoprene gloves and PU boots, providing waterproof protection from head to toe.
Visibility is particularly important during rescue and maritime operations. The Sea Horse SAR Evo therefore features SOLAS-compliant reflective elements on the sleeves, legs and back, combined with a high-visibility orange colour.
The suit is CE/UKCA marked and certified to EN ISO 15027, with SOLAS, MED and Red Ensign approvals. It weighs approximately 5 kg and is available in sizes S to XXL.
