ECOPOL PREMIUM extinguishing performance on hydrocarbon fires is comparable to AR-AFFF foams.
The multi-purpose AR (Alcohol Resistant) foam concentrate generates a polymer film which spread rapidly onto the fuel surface to suppress vapours and avoids foam destruction by polar solvent effect and avoid the release of vapours.
ECOPOL PREMIUM provides exceptional burnback resistance on flammable liquids. The foam blanket is very thick and sticky. Combined with its slow drainage time, ECOPOL PREMIUM offers durable adherence on vertical surfaces. ECOPOL PREMIUM class A/B foam is also efficient on class A solid fires thanks to its wetting and expansion properties.
Environment:
ECOPOL PREMIUM fluorine-free foam concentrate is totally biodegradable. Its formulation is free of fluorine compounds (PFOA, PFOS, PFC, PFT), siloxane-free, also free of any halogen derivatives and any Persistent Bioaccumulable Toxic components (PBT) which can badly impact health and environment.
The use of ECOPOL PREMIUM PFAS-free foam is the alternative to combine environmentally-friendly products with high fire extinguishment performance.
