The BIOex R&D department has designed BIO FOAM eco-friendly firefighting foam concentrates, totally free of fluorine derivatives.
BIO FOAM is biodegradable. It deteriorates quickly without any PBT residues (Persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances).
Depending on the type of sewage treatment station you use and the arrangements for its use, BIO FOAM foaming agents can be flushed away and do not require incineration. We recommend to use an anti-foaming agent before release into sewage system.
Applications:
BIOFOAM is applicable for use on Class B hydrocarbon fires, including fuel, diesel oil, petrol, kerosene, and biofuels. Due to its environmentally friendly formulation, BIOFOAM is also well suited for training purposes, where repeated use and reduced environmental impact are important considerations.
