SAFEIA announces that on 19 December 2025 the company acquired Bejaro
 Brandskyddsföretaget AB. The acquisition is an important step in SAFEIA’s long-term strategy to
develop and strengthen its operations within fire protection, safety, and technical service
solutions.

For more than five decades, Bejaro has supported customers worldwide with technical
solutions, design, and installation of fixed fire suppression systems for industrial, marine, and
military environments.

Through the acquisition, continuity for customers and partners is ensured, while Bejaro’s
expertise and experience will continue within SAFEIA, with a clear focus on quality, regulatory
compliance, and long-term development.

In connection with the acquisition, FIRESPECT’s role as a specialist in marine fire safety is further
strengthened. FIRESPECT provides service and maintenance of fire protection and safety
equipment for vessels and marine operations in ports throughout the Nordic region.
As part of its operations, FIRESPECT also offers services through its own hydrostatic testing
workshop. The workshop is focused on hydrostatic testing and inspection of pressurised vessels
and cylinders, such as CO₂, inert gas, and Clean Agent FS49C2® cylinders, for both marine and
industrial applications.

The in-house workshop provides shorter lead times, high flexibility, and full control over quality
and documentation, further strengthening compliance with safety requirements and
regulations.
